At Wild Catch, we are extremely passionate about what we do. The team is lead by Chef Victor Chung who worked his way around in some of Australia’s top restaurant, club and hotels. With his extensive cooking background, he has taken bits and pieces of inspiration from his culinary journey. Through his journey he started his own unique Fish shop with traditional offerings such as light battered fish, hand cut chips, home made sauces, burgers to Asian salads, seafood soups to curries and more…
With our cosy and rustic setting with mixed music by budding artists, a meal can be enjoyed with local soft drinks, BYO wine, locally bottled organic juices and fresh young coconuts.
